Evan laughed as Radek finally emerged from the back of the puddle jumper, a towel tightly wrapped around himself. Evan walked toward him, his hands held out in a gesture of peace.
“I think you’ve got this all wrong Radek, the towel comes after the water.” In a sudden movement, he’d pulled it away from his lover’s body, leaving him standing under the warm sun in just his brightly coloured swimming trunks.
“This was your intention all along.” He grouched, looking at Lorne suspiciously. “You just wanted me to remove my clothes.”
Evan shook his head and did his best to keep a straight face. “Not at all. We live in a city surrounded by water, you need to learn to swim.”
“I swim fine.” Radek replied, not at all convinced. “I choose not to. My time is much better spent elsewhere.”
“Come show me then.” Evan challenged, wading backwards into the water in his own, much sleeker, black trunks.
Radek stayed on the sandy beach and refused to move. “No thank you. I shall watch. You have fun.”
Evan grinned mischievously and pulled off his trunks under water, holding them up for Radek to see. “Ok if you’d rather stay there….it’s your choice.”
Radek tilted his head, making a show of thinking about it, before following his lover into the water. He was a genius, after all.
